By purchasing from Alderwyk, customers acknowledge that all products are handcrafted specifically after purchase.

Natural Material Characteristics

Wood is a natural material and may contain knots, grain variation, tonal shifts, and texture inconsistencies. Handmade wax pours and fragrance products may also contain natural variations that contribute to the uniqueness of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Payment Terms

All checkout payments are classified as non-refundable deposits used for material procurement and production scheduling.

Production Estimates

Estimated production timelines are approximate and may vary depending on workshop workload and material sourcing.
