Final Sale Policy

All Alderwyk products are handcrafted specifically for each order and are considered final sale once production preparation begins.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All checkout payments are treated as non-refundable production deposits used immediately for hardwood sourcing, fragrance material procurement, workshop scheduling, and production preparation.

Cancellation Window

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production preparation or material allocation begins, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Additional Conditions

• No returns or exchanges on custom handmade products
• Natural wood grain and wax texture variation are expected
• Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours
